As most group walking is not permitted currently Community360 has decided to begin ACTIVE MOTIVATION POSTER
The idea is to walk in your home ether standing or seated. Please wear any clothing you feel suitable and appropriate, plus maybe change your background to suit the mood. This is quite simple to do if you save an image or choose one you already have.
There will be music and hopefully some fun along the way too.
Bring water in case you get thirsty and lets just get active and enjoy some good company at the same time. It’s not a strenuous workout, just walking on the spot!
Sessions happen every Friday from 11,30am to 12.00pm
Walk Motivation Training Workshop
Walking to keep physically and mentally fit has never been more important than it is now. For some, it is second nature but for many they still need the confidence to attend a group walk and to continue to attend. This workshop will be a chance to share and gain knowledge to explore new ways to motivate people to look after their physical and mental wellbeing through walking.
