Events at Ridgewell Village Hall

Screening of Coronation Live with Cafe/Bar

Saturday 6th May

The Coronation build up will be shown live from 10am, the Coronation is at 11am

Come along with family and friends to share this historic moment. Refreshments will be available along with cream scones and cakes baked by members of the WI. We have face painting, a raffle and there will be a cash bar.

Street Party Picnic - bring lunch and join in

Sunday 7th May

The Big Lunch will take place from 12 o’clock.

Weather permitting we can be outside, so bring your picnic blanket/chairs if you wish, but do not forget your lunch. Tables and chairs will be set up in the hall so please do not let the weather stop you from coming. There are some indoor games for amusement should the weather be unkind. Refreshments will be available again with cakes baked by members of the WI. There will be a plant sale and the conclusion of the raffle which will be drawn later in the day. Let’s raise a glass to the King and Queen at the licensed bar (cash only)

Litter pick

Monday 8th May

The Big Help Out will meet at 10.30

The village is in much need of a litter pick so this has been arranged for the Monday. Please bring the family along to help tidy our village - all pickers, bags, bag hoops and vests will be provided. Followed by the Big clear up after the weekend, this will of course include refreshments.

Money raised over the 3 days will go to Ridgewell C of E Primary School
