Booking Information

FOLLOWING A LONG PERIOD OF GRANT APPLICATIONS AND FUND-RAISING, WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE HALL HAS UNDERGONE EXTENSION AND REFURBISHMENT REOPENED MAY 2021 FOLLOWING DELAYS CAUSED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND INACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNMENT ROADMAP OUT OF LOCKDOWN .

For information on the availability of the village hall or to make a booking, please email the booking secretary at ridgewellvhbookings@gmail.com in the first instance.  You should then complete a booking form (provided by the booking secretary) and return this to the booking secretary (ridgewellvhbookings@gmail.com)  with your payment.  Please note that your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.  Please also refer to the standard terms and conditions of hire before signing your booking form as well as any special conditions due to Covid-19.

We do not offer hourly rates. The booking hour are:

AM session: 0900 - 1330

PM session: 1330 - 1800

Evening session: 1800 - 2359

Pricing will not be available on this website but can be provided by the booking secretary.
